We are proud of our school uniform. It gives children a sense of belonging, pride in their school and promotes a positive attitude towards learning. It is important that all pupils present themselves smartly at all times.

Please ensure all uniform is clearly labelled.
Hair
Hair should be smart, tidy and appropriate for school.
Long hair must be tied back at all times. If pupils wear hairbands or ribbons to keep their hair back, these should be blue or white.
Hair dye, skin fades, undercuts, shaved patterns and tramlines are not permitted.
Jewellery
Jewellery is not permitted, except:
- A plain wrist watch (KS2)
- Small plain stud earrings (max 3mm)
- Earrings must be removed for PE
Staff cannot assist with removing earrings
Ear piercing guidance:
Recommended at the start of summer holidays (6 weeks healing time)
If pierced during term time:
- Parents must inform the class teacher and provide written consent for children to participate in PE lessons.
- After 6 weeks, earrings must be removed for PE
Make-up
Make up and nail varnish is not to be worn in school.
Religion
Headscarves/hijab: these may be worn for religious reasons and must be plain and either black or blue in colour.
If your child has any other specific uniform requirements as a result of health issues or religious preferences, please make an appointment to see the Headteacher.
We expect all pupils to take pride in their appearance. A consistent and smart uniform supports a positive learning environment and reflects the values of our school community.
